Sephora gives back during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Get cute for a cause. During the entire month of October, Sephora is donating $2 from each sale of the Makeup Made Simple Palette to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. With the money raised from this and three other exclusive products, Sephora will contribute a minimum donation of $10,000. Pink isn’t just pretty, it’s powerful. MELISSA LANE
THE INSPIRATION “Sephora Collection is incredibly proud to support this very worthy cause,” says Elizabeth Hayes, Vice President and Divisional Merchandise Manager of Sephora Collection. “Most people will know someone or be affected personally by cancer in their lifetime. We think the palette is a fun way to help raise money for research. And this year, we changed up the offering: we know our client has a busy lifestyle, so we designed removable palettes and included a petite travel case they can be popped into to take on the go.”
THREE PALETTES 27 eye shadows, four blushes, and two bronzers with matte, shimmer, and glitter finishes are coordinated into a trio of palettes for a neutral, smoky, or colorful look.
THE CUSTOMIZABLE CASE An empty, mirrored travel case means you can snap your favorite palette in and take it with you for touch-ups and day-to-night transformations. (Indecisive? The full set comes in a sleek iPad-size case that is also easy to tote.)
THE LOOKBOOK Face charts with step-by-step tutorials show you how to create nine looks—three with each palette—from perfectly natural to glamour girl, simple smoky to sultry smoketress, and code blue to purple haze.
THE VALUE $165 of color for $34.
